| As a veterinarian, one of the most important
aspects of our profession is inducing and maintaining a safe level of
anesthesia in our patients. One can have the most experienced and
proficient technician, but if the equipment is not up to date or maintained
properly anesthetic crisis can occur in an instant. For this reason, I
have routine maintenance done on both of my isoflurane anesthetic and
vaporizer machines. Of course, Vetamac is the company I utilize for this
service. Over the past 10 years, you have visited my clinic twice yearly to
calibrate my vaporizers and check my machines for any problems that would
prevent the machines from functioning properly. You have always
been efficient and prompt in your service. I have had several occasions
when I had concerns that the vaporizers were not delivering the proper level
of gas. You were at my clinic within 36 hours to assess and repair the
problem When my vaporizer needed to be sent to the factory, I was given
a loaner to use so that I was able to continue to provide all services to my
clients and their pets.
- Whenever I have needed service or advice, your office staff has been most
helpful and friendly. Your personal knowledge in the field of
anesthesia is remarkable and your fee for that knowledge is very reasonable.
However, by far, trust is the most important reason I use Vetamac.
I always know that my patients' lives are safer under anesthesia because of
your expertise in maintaining my machines.

| My staff and I have been using Vetamac as our
anesthetic consultants for many years. We find your personal touch
invaluable! You and your staff have given in-hospital anesthesia
seminars, as well as sold, services and maintained our practice's machines.
When we do have a problem, all we have to do is call and your help is on the
way. Anesthesia is a life and death aspect of veterinary practice. It
is critical that our anesthetic machines and our staff are in tip-top shape.
Vetamac has given me the peace of mind that we can deliver to our clients, the
best possible anesthesia using the highest quality machines operated and
monitored by our excellently trained staff.

| Over the last 15
years or so we have had Harry maintain our anesthetic machines.
We have enjoyed peace of mind that our
machines were working at peak performance and efficiency. We
have also greatly appreciated the rapid response received when
we had a malfunctioning machine or broken part. A few years ago we purchased one of your new
anesthetic machines, and have been very pleased with the ease of operation and
practical design. The technicians have all liked this machine better
than any of the other brands we have had. Most of all my technicians
like the simple push button pop-off, and the easy switch from breathing to
non-rebreathing set up.
When it came time to retire an older machine, the technicians insisted that
we get another of yours. (VAD 1000 Variflow).

When I became the laboratory animal veterinarian supervising a research
surgical facility at the University of Chicago, I switched our anesthetic
machine service to Vetamac, because of the Purdue connection and Harry Latshaw.
We require semi-annual service as part of quality assurance for publishable
research. After 6 years of collaboration, Harry now services over 20
anesthetic machines and 8 ventilators for us and for our medical researchers,
ranging in size from mouse units to large animal units. More than half
of those units were built by or supplied through Vetamac, following
consultation and design of systems by Harry for the research need. We
also take advantage of Harry's knowledge by having him present seminars about
anesthesia methods to audiences ranging from uncertified and certified
veterinary technicians to veterinarians to physicians to PhD researchers.
Harry Latshaw and Vetamac provide excellent service at a very reasonable
price. I strongly recommend them.

| Over the years we
have utilized several companies to service our anesthetic equipment, with
Vetamac providing us the best service by far. Whether it is routine
maintenance on our anesthetic machines or a question about anesthetic
monitoring equipment that we may have, Vetamac's staff-specifically Harry
Latshaw-is always ready to help us.
We have been very pleased with
the level of service that Vetamac has provided, and look forward to Vetamac
continuing to serve our anesthetic equipment needs.
