Exchange your existing vaporizer with a newly serviced, calibrated, and certified unit of the same make, model, and configuration. This service helps ensure your anesthesia equipment remains accurate, compliant, and safe while minimizing equipment downtime.

How It Works

Submit an Exchange Request
Complete the exchange request. Be sure to include your vaporizer model, anesthetic agent type, and any applicable configuration details (such as funnel fill, key fill, bolt-on, or latch-style mounting).
Receive Your Replacement Vaporizer
We will ship a refurbished, calibrated, and certified replacement vaporizer directly to your facility.
Install the Replacement Unit
You can install the vaporizer yourself or schedule one of our qualified technicians to perform the exchange onsite.
Return Your Existing Vaporizer
Place your original vaporizer in the provided shipping box, attach the prepaid return label, and send it back to us within 10 business days.

* If not returned within 10 business days, you will be subject to a weekly fee of $30.
* If a non-functioning vaporizer is returned, you will be charged for a new vaporizer or the cost of the repairs.
