How do I know what type of central system will work best for my clinic?
This depends on the medical gas needs of your facility and the requirements specified in your plans. A typical central system includes oxygen and waste gas but can also include medical suction and nitrogen. We would be happy to set up a meeting with your team to discuss your specific needs.
Do you have the spec sheets and installation requirements for the equipment?
Yes, we will provide spec sheets according to the system being installed.
Wall versus ceiling outlets?
An install with all ceiling outlet installation could bring cost savings to the medical gas installation and streamline the look of the install. We are able to offer ceiling, wall, and surface mount options to tailor to your build.
What areas does Vetamac cover?
We can provide medical gas equipment and installation nationwide and would be happy to provide a quote based off your plans. Please note that we are unable to provide installations in union territories.
I have a leak in my central system, what do I do now?
It sounds like your system needs troubleshooting. Vetamac team can troubleshoot via phone to help identify and resolve any issues.
What all is included with the installation?
With a full Vetamac medical gas installation, we support you every step of the way. We collaborate during the planning phase to ensure the proper equipment is ordered based on the provided drawings. We coordinate shipping dates to ensure timely arrival of equipment and work with our team of medical gas plumbers to schedule the installation alongside the general contractors. Once the installation is complete, if your clinic is within our service area, a Vetamac technician will come onsite to install drop hoses and assist with the setup and installation of anesthesia machines. Our technician will also review the use of the new central system with your team to ensure familiarity with the newly installed equipment.
What is the warranty on this installation?

Kristen Vendur, CVT, joined our team in 2021 as a Service and Sales Technician. In 2023, she transitioned to her current role as Medical Gas Specialist, obtaining her ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel Certification. Kristen works alongside our credentialed Medical Gas plumbers to offer nationwide medical gas equipment and installations.
