Specifications
- Valve Construction: The zone valve panel includes dual gauge port full port ball valves, cast bronze construction with Teflon (TFE) seats and seals, rated for 600 psi (29 inHg vacuum). Each valve is 3-piece, in-line repairable, and comes cleaned for oxygen service.
- Flexible Installation: The valve box is constructed from 18-gauge steel and includes an adjustable plaster flange (1/2” to 1 1/8”) for easy mounting. The valves can be piped from left to right for flexible installation.
- Removable Window: The valve box includes a “smoked” translucent window on NFPA models and a white opaque window on ISO English/French models. The window is not replaceable while any valve is in the closed position, ensuring safety during maintenance.
- Gas Specific Sensors: Equipped with DISS nut and nipple gas-specific sensors, with error messages displayed if incorrect sensors or no sensors are attached.
- Pressure Monitoring: The gas readouts can be displayed in PSI, kPa, BAR, inHg, or mmHg, ensuring flexibility based on your clinic’s preferences and regulatory requirements.
