Return Policy

• Custom or special-order items cannot be returned or exchange.
• Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Standard products can be returned or exchanged and are subject to a 20% restocking fee under the following terms:
  • The package is unopened.
  • The product is in original, undamaged condition.
  • Written authorization is obtained and product returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping cost to return merchandise is paid by the customer.
